Regardless of warranty statements printed in the brochures, the ProPalette series is no longer available new and does not carry the original one year warranty. Factory remanufactured units carry a 90 day warranty and dealer refurbished units aren't warrantied, but the factory one year extended warranty can be purchased for either type of unit. A new document format has entered the WWW scene- the PDF document. Many WWW information providers are beginning to present documents in PDF format. PDF documents are downloaded to the user and require the helper program, such as Adobe Acrobat to be viewed.

is glad to provide our clients with product brochures in Adobe PDF format.
You'll often see documents in this format noted with on web sites. This is an extremely popular file format just like .DOC or
.TIF, etc. and it lets web site visitors download product information without
having to wait for stuff to arrive in the mail. By first downloading Adobe
Reader (the "Get Acrobat Reader" symbol you see in the upper
right corner is used at most web sites to allow you to go straight to Adobe for
the free program) you can then click on any .PDF document and it will come up,
ready to read, on any Mac or PC! Faster, easier and less expensive for everyone.
And Adobe provides Reader free to all. At the bottom of our page is a tutorial
on Acrobat Reader if you'd like to learn more...it is pretty much the standard
way of exchanging documents over the Internet today...PDF files are way
cool! As for prices, we show them for projectors and the SprintScan, but are
prohibited from posting prices on film recorders, so just email or call and
we'll send you our current all-products discount sheets.
